I offer a range of personal training & nutrition coaching options, allowing you to work with me either face-to-face or by online coaching, and with the option of support via the Healthspan Coaching app. The 3 options below are made up of a combination of these services:

 I will review your diet, identify areas for improvement & help you implement change

Nutrition tracking & feedback
 I will provide regular feedback to help you stay on track & develop healthy, sustainable habits

keep track of your training, nutrition & measurements in the Healthspan Coaching app

 Includes weekly meal planner, shopping list and detailed recipes with calorie and macronutrient breakdown

Body composition scan

 Track your body composition changes (scan location in Rowville)
 Measures muscle mass and fat mass (total and per segment), BMI, body fat percentage, hydration and bone mineral content
